How do I make a booking?

The easiest way to make a booking is to simply click on the Book Now button and do it online. Otherwise you are welcome to email us directly or send a booking request with this form.

What are the payment options?

We accept credit card payments (part of online booking system) and also ETF (bank transfer). It’s possible to pay the remainder cash on arrival.

How much deposit is needed to secure a booking?

We require a 100% deposit for an one night booking and for more than one night we require a 50% deposit.

What is the cancellation terms?
  • No booking is secured before proof of payment of the 50% deposit has been received.
  • Cancellation anytime after deposit was paid, forfeit 10% of deposit. Cancellation 2 – 4 weeks before, forfeit 50% of deposit Cancellation less than 2 weeks before, forfeit 100% of deposit.
  • Failing to show or leaving earlier than booked will result in full charge for the room(s) for the entire period booked.
Are you pet friendly?

We have five dogs and plenty of other animals. We do not allow any animals in the guesthouse but in specific cases we might allow dogs in the cottages. Strict rules apply.

Is breakfast included

Breakfast is included with Guesthouse accommodation. Breakfast is excluded with the self-catering units.
